Rodney's Story

Rodney has been practicing with Uplift for 9 years and became a certified instructor 8 years ago. Rodney’s high energy & high intensity workouts will always leave you wanting more. Rodney's favorite exercise is 'Bicycle' because it focuses intensely on the core. Rodney's love for Uplift focuses on the sense of community he feels while he is here. When not working out or teaching at Uplift, Rodney keeps himself moving as an avid runner, completing many local races and events. You’ve likely all heard Rodney's favorite quote; "The only bad workout is no work out".
