Vanessa's Story
Vanessa took her first Hot Yoga class on Jan 31st, 2005 and it was love at first try! She then began teaching at Uplift in 2017. Vanessa has been coming to Uplift for 19 years and finds it friendly, welcoming and a safe space. She loves seeing how Uplift has grown into such a beautiful and diverse community over the years. One of Vanessa's favorite pastimes is simply sitting in the sun reading autobiographies. A quote from Maya Angelou "Try to be a Rainbow in somone's cloud" rings true with Vanessa.
